DO ART holds itself responsable for the delivery to the agreed location. In their turn, the clients hold themselves responsable for paying and receiving the delivery.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

You can pay your order the following ways:
- Credit and/or Debit Card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and other national and international cards.
- PayPal: with credit card credit or PayPal account credits.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED

To buyout your shopping cart, you will need an order that is equal to or lower than 15€.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs for Portugal (Mainland) are free for orders 50€ or above. For lower values, the shipping cost of 4,50€ will be added, no matter the weight or volume of the package.

The shipping costs for Azores and Madeira are free for orders 100€ or above. For lower values, the shipping cost of 10€ will be added, no matter the weight or volume of the package.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

You package will be delivered in Portugal (Mainland), through CTT Express, in the designated adress, between 9AM and 7PM. In case you are not present at the time of delivery, the messenger will leave a note in your mailbox to reschedule the delivery or for you to pick it up at the closest CTT store.

DELIVERY DEADLINE

The order can be shipped out up to 10 work days. However, we will try to ship out your order as soon as possible.

In case any of the products in sold out and the estimated deadline is longer than 10 work days, you will be contacted by email or telephone.

In case of absolute unavailability of the product ordered, and there is no possibility of offering any other product of similar quality and price or no consent is given to change the original order, DO ART will refund the money to the client, in a period of 14 days after the cancellation of said order. Any delay in shipping out orders, given the presented timeline, will not be entitled to any sort of refund.

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAX?

Every single product display on the website include the tax.

SENDING RECIPT

When the package is shipped out, a recipt of your order will be sent to your email.

RETURN POLICY

Any and all complaint regarding materials, has to be communicated to incidencias@do-art.net up to 48 hours after being received.

The items should be returned in their original packages, without having been used, up to 7 work days after receiving them, and the exterior package should contain the identification number provided by DO ART. Product returns that have not been previously agreed or are sent with postal collection, will not be accepted. The product returns are the customer risk and account.

In case of defective products, the product warranty will be activated whenever possible. DO ART will proceed to repairing or substituting the product, holding itself responsible for shipping costs whenever the product is available. Otherwise, the client will receive the refund for the product value.
